3 times they made me go back for the same warranty and never fixed the problem. Charged me for gas on the rental. Missed 3 days work all for them to say I have to come back a fourth time. Very very poor service.
I do not recommend this place, we found that this place robbed customers, the service is terrible, it is slow, we went for a part for the car and they told us that it would cost 250 CAD + tax + labor and that they did not have it in at the moment and nevertheless they charged us 175 CAD for the "estimate" and when we inquired at the Nissan in Mascouche the same part was only worth 100 CAD.
And it's not part of ALBI Group.
I had a good experience. Felt unpressured and got a good price for my trade-in.
